LIAR. North Korea is much more dangerous now than 2001. Clinton had them contained, even when they began to cheat. Global terrorism is up some 500% under Bush and getting worse not better. Under Clinton it was not a widespread problem, though he wishes he had done more. In fact Clinton made peace in Israel and it held for awhile. That took a lot of hard work. Plus, Iran was becoming quite moderate under Clinton. Now they are openly hostile. Carter is a saint compared to Bush. And he is not to blame for the fall of Iran. That was happening years before he came into office. Also Reagan armed Iran, not Carter. reagan also disbanded Carter's entire clean fuels program which would have had us 100% Arab oil by now. Reagan didn't even preserve 1% of it. Just cancelled the whole thing at big oil's request.
