They would have to explicitly support the Bill of Rights -- all of them -- before I would support that ticket. Giuliani was great after 9/11, but he leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm more inclined to vote for a Gingrich/Rice ticket. Condi Rice has explicitly come out in support of the right to keep and bear arms, for instance, a level of support that Giuliani has come close to.

What is the chance that Romney could deliver Massachusetts and a few other New England states for the election? How about Giuliani delivering New York? If they could it could design a new formula for Republican success.

I doubt they could carry enough of the South to hold on though.
