This is '101 of survival' course for leaders of Islam..

A book from a courageous man and presented very eloquently. One thing strikes very clearly his `war gaming' efforts with USA. Saddam or present day's leaders like Ahmdeinejad are just simply not bestowed with the capacity to do what Mush did. Rational and logical explanation of why he made the U-turn to sidetrack and ditch Taliban for sake of Pakistan.. I hope Saddam gets one copy in the prison, he would appreciate what could be possible for Iraq without inviting US wrath. A wrath he could have possibly avoided .In this book a hardcore General tells the world of radical leaders that `eating bombs' is no fun, it destroys the fabric of the society and takes the nation to the cave age, living together helps make nations moderate and enlightened. Sometime giving in and understanding ones weakness is greater than false cries of superiority.

The price he paid for selfless service to this nation was efforts to be blown up by the terrorists. This book also clearly indicates how ungrateful the general public in America is for what they achieved from Mush. The general public on the right considers the highhandedness of Armitage as a single reason to put Pakistan in line whereas Mush examination comes out fro9m the heart and very reasonable it was about his inability to confront a bigger nation, period that what defines the fine distance between streak of self destruction or building.

This is one trait that present leaderships in the Muslims miss, when faced with extreme adversary they have usually decided to go with the heart and not mind. In case of mush one sees prominent logic and rationale approach in his entire period post 911.

His explanation of how Saudis, Americans and Pakistanis in eagerness to destroy the Soviets Reds created their own Frankenstein is great description of icy blunders in 80's and 90, the assumption of responsibility is clearly honest.

The present leaderships of the Islamic world need to open their heart and minds to people they rule, one needs to get insight of how the minds of their leaders work, absolutely this is a good effort, one would have thought it would be self serving but a man who has tasted death several times in line of duty and served his nation with distinction definitely win honors write a great record of his leadership in such testing times.

A leader is someone who does things beyond the call of duty beyond the dilly dallying of perverted minds on that count alone he left behind many a leaders of the Islamic world, he made a decision and he has definitely helped Pakistan come out of oblivion into some visible progress. Pakistan arrived on economic scene not as a result of new economic model but as a result right political direction post 911, in present day and age politics of nation matter more than economic potential, an inclusive approach helps nation prospers. Confrontation never pays whereas cohabitation sees the nations through.
