Clinton never said that, you fricking liar. He plainly said he tried many times to kill Osama. He just couldn't do anythjing until the CIA told him Bin Laden was to blame for the embassy bombings. Prior to that they only had suspicions, not proof, and Al Qaida was brand new and little-known. You Bushie bastards need to stop lying about this. Right now. Clearly, Bush let 9-11 happen. Any fool would have reacted strongly to the 8-6-01 warning and/or not disbanded Clinton's counter-terror teams. The suspicion now is that Bush intentionally opened the doors for a terrorist attack to use as an excuse for an attack on Iraq. That is actually quite likely looking at the evidence.
