Reagan's October Surprise was dealing with Iranian hostage takers and promising them arms in exchange for holding onto the hostages. I can't imagine what GW's will be this year but the polls are looking worse and worse for the GOP so maybe they will try something desperate. Iran just declared they are willing to talk about nukes, so that rules out attacking them (if Bushies are sane at least). Bin Laden capture? Always a possibility but unlikely. Announcing an end to the Iraq occupation? yeah right. What else could Bush do besides cheat again?
