"If history makes Clinton a laughing stock, I hate to see what it does to Bush."

You ever watch "Tripping the Rift"? There is one scene where the good ship Jupiter 42, in an attempt to avoid a saucer trying to run a fake accident scam on them, dives into a wormhole, goes back in time and crash lands outside a military base in Nevada. They need to break into the military base and steal some parts from the saucer which had also crashed, but inside the base. So the crew is trying to cook up a plan and Cho, the captain, says something like "How hard can it be? This is Earth and they later change their laws so they can elect Schwartzenegger president. And we all know how that turned out" and everyone nods their heads like this is a lesson taught throughout the galaxy as what is likely a bad example.

Bush will be remembered like that. "You think he is bad? He could have been another Bush" will probably be said for hundreds of years from now. In Chinese.
