Yes!! only Joe has a little different head gear :) And then he also has the little over the nose piece also.

I tried the pillows, but I couldn't stand the direct pressure on my nostrils. It felt like I was being reamed out. I've had a number of different masks. I dislike the gel masks because they bleed and grow bacteria worse than plastic. The mask I have now is the best, but I still think I could design a better one or at least suggest improvements. Leakage around the mask is my worst problem. It really dries me out, so I wear my mask tighter than they tell you to.
