I'm not sure I can answer that. I know we must make mistakes with med dosages, but I haven't heard of any deaths from it. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but I think maybe we are less prone because we are so small, and, even tho we get stressed, we probably have more time to be careful than in the big places. I know we have ODed people on narcotics, but that's common, and reversible with a drug called Narcan. I don't think I'e ever done that, but we only use a few, pre-packaged meds with the name written on it, so it's hard to mess things up. I've heard about either contaminated medical gases, or the wrong gas (compressed air or NO2 in the oxygen line.) I vaguely even recall checkling for it once. Are you with me Doctor Wu?
