Rice is flat-out full of crapola. The 9-11 Commission exposed her as a total novice, someone who did nothing on Al Qaida, had never even heard of Al Qaida, refused to grant Clarke meetings, did nothing about the 8-6-01 warning and was actually going to give a speech on 9-11 listing the gravest threats to the USA. Neither Al Qaida nor Bin laden were on the list. But guess who was? Saddam! Of course. That's the only threat they ever cared about, for the OIL! meanwhile, Clinton had been at war with Al Qaida. 150 cruise missiles it a lot!
