Ditto with the fact she is a woman. If intelligence would map to personal integrity, then that might be a criteria. But it doesn't. However, she does have a history of trying to cover her husband's, excuse me, the president's ass when he screws up. Which is all the time. So her statements in that light means she is, at best, slanting things. If not outright making shit up.
