So, you are suggesting that the WTC supports were not designed to take any loads other then in a vertical dimension?

i.e. the calculations were not considered, for example, of 150 mph hurricanes blowing sideways onto the building, or an aeroplane (fully loaded with fuel) crashing into the building (from the side, not falling on top of it) at near landing speed ????????????????????

Are you in a coma?

Originally, I did think the planes crashing into the buildings at 525 mph + would have contributed to the collapses. Half em vee squared and all that. However the building took the initial impacts well, the fires were not consequential, and the collapses now unbelievable.
