Therein lies the philosophical difference. Do we want those hung up on legal bumps in the road to keep our families safe during dangerous times? Democrats like Pres Clinton ask permission from the world community before protecting American lives. Republicans like Pres Bush first take the necessary action to eliminate the danger, and then deal with protests from the Ahmadinejads, Khruschevs, Chiracs & Chavezs of the world.

Bush has let Bin Laden go five years after 9-11. He broke his promise to catch him dead or alive and smoke him out of his cave. He has not even tried to catch him, ever. The one time the CIA had him cornered at Tora Bora, they called for Army Rangers to cut off the escape routes and Bush refused. CLinton did a lot to try and destroy Bin Laden, but Bush has done almost nothing. In fact he has succeeded in making world terrorism much stronger, as the new government intel report proves.
