Decisive action? What are you kidding? it's called desperate damage control as the intelligence estimate proves Bush-Cheney have helped terrorism more than hurting it, five years, 3000 US troops killed and 500 billion spent later. Will be interesting to see how the White House edits the Intel report. They are not declassifying anything they don't want the public to know about. But it won't work. This will not be censored. This is too important.
