"Clarke lost all credibility long ago...." Maybe in your circle. A lot of people still see him as the tireless civil servant serving four presidents of all political persuasions. Trying to ring the warning bell....apologized to the families of 9/11. Grandstanding? Maybe....but a damn fine moment. His book is great reading, especially the minute by minute runout of 9/11. Whatever Clarke says, people will listen to it.
