(So, maybe it DOES SOME GOOD, not some 'harm' as you aver. :-) Don't see why LETTING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE KNOW THE TRUTH: that the consensus opinion of the 16 US Intelligence Agencies is that the War in Iraq is continuingly and increasingly weakening our strategic position vs. the forces of Islamic extremism, and causing recruits to FLOCK to their causes. Sounds like knowing that truth would be VERY BENEFICIAL for the American people --- and might even HELP to keep 'your family' SAFER, too, Floppy!
