This should leave the wormie NASD fined and suspended bashers and sheeple in the midst of more bloody stools and nervous tics tonight. I am thinking in particular of one señor manipulating liar, sitting in his mama's Villa, who has posted over and over that there was dilution because of the Authorized Shares being increased to 850 million. Needless to say, this professional lying basher appears not to know the difference between AUTHORIZED shares and ISSUED & OUTSTANDING SHARES. The authorized share number is merely something picked out by lawyers, typically without input by the company, and often a random number as meaningless say as #1031313. So now he's sitting, embarrassed again, off premises, having to go back to the drawing board, thinking up new lies, methods of attack, perhaps against the company, perhaps the officers, and perhaps even posters who happen to post on legitimate boards, where he has been banned. What will he say now that the company has, indeed, NOT diluted and lived up to its previous PR's, which claimed that the increase in authorized shares was a clerical error? I'm sure he'll think of some new lies. His bosses perhaps require that.

Wow, That's the first(credible)source I've seen that shows that real people are running this business....this personally makes me feel a bit better about this otherwise fantasy sounding company story..... I would also like to know more about Wessel. My internet searches have produced very little... I was hoping to find a web site for them, unless it is all written in arabic...
