Any person in the country except Bush would have sounded the alarm after receiving the 8-6-01 warning. There is no excuse for his total inaction whatsoever. Bush was 100% AWOL on terrorism before 9-11 and let it happen. There can be no debate. Clinton was long gone by then. He has nothing to do with this question. Bush let 9-11 happen. Deliberately or not.

Israel is now the most insecure and weak it's ever been. On Bush's watch, Palestinians elected Hamas. That wouldn't have happened under Kerry or Gore. Those two presdients would have been making peace, not war.
