"If classified information is published, it is because someone who was responsible for keeping classified information ‘secret’ failed to keep the secret. Hold that person responsible. It doesn’t matter to me if its embarrassing gossip or nuclear secrets (the consequences of each are of course different and matter according to weight). But the issue of leaking is the same." OK, fine. Good plan. Now all you have to do is catch the leaker. Got any good ideas for how to do that?
