13 to be exact. Owned by the Mathes family at the site where the Rangers had picked as to the location for the stadium. Because they were getting close to going over budget, the condemned acres were compensated for way below market value.

Your difference is moot. Without the Rangers, the city would have never built the park. It was done for the convenience of a private company.
