Hawkette, you sucker: but electing to have emergency funding bills passed to cover any costs that were in excess of the traditional Army budget.. They were trying TO HIDE THE COSTS from such gullibles as you. Since it didn't go into the regular budget that $100 billion a year wouldn't have to be declared when they made inane statements like, 'we're cutting out own humongous deficit in half by not declaring things like the war in our regular budget and also by not declaring how much we're borrowing from SS! We're so clever and you guys are so stupid!'
