Pensions are half-destroyed under Bush-Cheney-Delay. decimated. This is the thieves giving back 25% of the loot after robbing the bank. And Bushies hagve their eyes on Sovial Security next. They want to loot it. Take a big piece for themselves and cheap all Americans. That is even bigger ripoff scheme than the energy gouging and health care gouging.
