Bush and his people are in deep denial, but the party bosses and regulars are going to start making other plans. George Allen is also history, as is Frist, Delay, Santorum, many others. The Bush-cheney "revolution" has completely failed its country and there will be hell to pay for this. They will be lucky not to be imprisoned or impeached for various forms of treason and lying to the public about very costly issues. Bush's forest fire in Iraq though may spread and become the most costly mistake of all. It's Bush's doing. So only a new president can put it out. That's why replacing Bush with McCain or someone like that makes sense. ASAP.
