I expect it to list on the Venture Exchange ... don't know if it will be an empty nest (reverse merger) or start from scratch ... IMO they will do the latter. BWDIK I inquired about email distribution list ... hopefully, they have one or will set one up. Merry

U3O8 Corp is filing Preliminary Prospectus with the TSX-V today. It will start trading in about a month, if all goes as planned. Keith Barron will be at the San Fran Gold Show coming up Nov 26th.
