Canadian football is very much a topic of non-conversation down here. At best, it's like "... played for 2 years in the CFL before coming to ... as a free agent". I just totally spaced. I never forget sports is one of the secrets. (Once got in trouble with my folks, cuz I had been at Boy Scout camp for a week, and Dad was gonna be the doc the next week, so I stayed over. I was on the boat going over to pick them up. I didn't yell out "Hi", "Miss you", "Love You" ; it was "How have the Yankees been doing?" from 200 feet offshore. Didn't please my folks. Gee, I was just being a boy.) Just one. Music is one of the secrets, too, and the Dead are Truckin'. No, they aren't; I type too slow; gone into Stella Blue. I'm gonna introduce Sioux to them.
