Liar. The LAX 1999 bombing was stopped because Clinton's security people led by Sandy Berger and Richard Clarke got a warning (like Bush got a warning on 8-6-01) and they put out the word to every corner of the country to be highly vigilant. So the Border Patrol was wide aawake and watching instead of asleep at the wheel like Bushies were. What did Bush-Rice do with the even more alarming 8-6-01 warning? They totally ignored it and did absolutely nothing. Hence, 9-11.
