"Plain and simple, Joe Wilson lied to Congress.

If you can claim that Joe lied, without seeing any charges filed. Then it makes sense that the Admin would at least have a retaliatory attitude toward Joe, without any charges.

"there are no charges..."

But there is a conspiracy theory that has yet to be substantiated.

"How does one "retalitate" against a liar???"

There is an unending list of ways to retaliate against a liar. When laws are broken and if a lie can be proven, one can retaliate via litigation for damages in civil court and if it falls under crimes against the state prosecution is an option.

"How does one "retalitate" against a liar??? "

Have you ever noticed that we can legally punish just about every form of human nastyness, except lying. If I ask 100 people if they think most other people have told lies, I believe I will get a 100% 'Yes' answer.

I personally consider lying to be the most despicable form of human conduct, while simultaneously being the easiest to get away with.

You are a lawyer, you tell me how anyone or any system 'retaliates' against a liar, especially one that has beaten the legal system. I don't think we can, without violating some principle ourselves.

<<How does one "retalitate" against a liar???.>>

One could out his wife and ruin her career.

<<Plain and simple, Joe Wilson lied to Congress.>>

That is your side of the story. Which has not been proven. It's a case of one person saying one thing and another saying something else.

<<There was NO retaliation...>>

It seems like everyone in the country got the message. This administration is very mean spirited against those with whom it disagrees.
