Mendocino County was traditionally number one or two in busts in the state. We've fallen off the last few years, I think because they were concentrating elsewhere. Riverside
Co, for instance. This year, they are looking; 200K plants, mostly in the national forest.

So we have Mexican cartels in the hills and in the national parks, we have Asians doing it in the burbs. When this war started, there was no domestic industry at all. Then hippies started growing in the hills. Then immigrant gangs moved in. This is one more lost 30 year war. Maybe it's time to take the profit out and legalize it.
