Different kind of weed.
My bro and I did the same. Can't remember how it happened, but we ended up with an apartment complex on our list. Wash out the carports, etc.
But that was mostly seed money to buy bags of parking meter money from the bank. Took out the good pennies (mostly SF mint) and the silver dimes. Bought my first car with the proceeds.

Pulling weeds would get me about 50cents a day. I could'a been rich, if I'd of stuck with that.
