Yes I did. Which is why I am starting to wonder if Bushco really is in the Iranian mullahs pay. The only winner in such a scenario is....

Iran.

More money, greater prestige in the Arab world, a rollback of the moderate Arabs all over the globe. Which strengthens them at home. And the only win would be taking out their nuclear capability, assuming that even happens.

They can't be this stupid on accident. Ok, Shorty might, but it isn't like he has shown any reasoning capabilities. There has to be some reason behind it. So what is it? Money? Iranian or Chinese? It strike me the Chinese could come out winners if they stepped in as an "objective third party" mediators. Plus, they would be in position to sew up Arab oil at reduced prices, while the West is hamstrung with triple digit oil prices.
