Scooter Libby and Karl Rove are guilty. They both outed Plame to the NY Times. That is on record. They also both lied about it though Rove's weak exccuse "I forgot" apparently kept him out of an indictment so far. Lord knows why. Armitage leaked Scooter Libby's own hit memo against Plame to Novack. Rove also discussed it with Bovack. And Libby claims that his superiors told him to do it, which means Cheney and Bush. Also, as we know now Armitage was very much a Bushie insider when he leaked. This is all we know so far. Fitzgerald's grand jury is still in session though and he may have other indictments.
