Nothing about my statement implied that the facts I presented had anything to do with altruism. As for tax policy, it may in fact be partially as a result of changes in tax policy, because changes in tax policy can result in changes in income, and also changes in how wealth and income are used or invested. In any case that wasn't my point either. My point was simply to state that the facts, and assert that stating the facts isn't a lie. It wasn't a bout the reason for those facts.
