John, the class "A "common once held by Stan each share had voting rights 5 to 1 over common shares. Used as a poison pill because of small outstanding shares at time. The B shares were issued to Stemple I am not sure about this but may have had 3 to one voting rights per share. (not positive about this can't remember } I do believe Stemple is only one to have "B" shares.

What I don't know is what is main purpose of creating more shares. Is it to for the mutual funds (they don't like to invest in companies that have to small a pool of shares out or for cash raising or for a split to get more small investors to invest in stock.?????

I am sure I will here more later but it does come as a surprise to me. It was weird that the minor stock rally stopped dead in its tracks to drift down to the close than came the news at the end of day.
