Chart looks good <g> Look at RSI above chart. (September) When price made new low (2.32) RSI was heading up. This is positive divergence. There are more with some other indicators as CCI, MACD histogram... This doesn't mean that it will turn up, but it is anouncing a better odds that this may happen. Also, draw horizontal line at price 2.3; See, hot it acting as support then as resistance and now in September as support again. Also looks like Gold and PM sector is (temporally) turning up. So you have pretty good odds. But you wish that volume would pick up too, not just price.
