Yes, I think CCH will be out of CCAA before 2007

Urani,

Campbell needs to close 3 financing deals. After that, Campbell will quickly petition the Quebec Court, and the CCAA status will be lifted.

The first deal was the Sprott financing. That deal closed in May, but the funds were in escrow since then. Yesterday (Wednesday, Sept 27th) was the last day for the “Escrow Release” terms to be met.

Campbell has told several of us (who watch this company closely) that they are meeting the terms. The Final Prospectus was released after 4pm on Wednesday, so I am 99.5% sure that Campbell now has the money in their account. We would see a press release today (Thursday) if something went wrong.

The next financing is the Rights. We now know that the Rights Offering will close on Nov 6th. That date is in the Final Prospectus. I expect that Rights offering will close on schedule. It seems straightforward, and there are parties that will subscribe to any leftover rights that are not exercised.

The third financing is with Nuinsco Resources. I think it is in progress. I don’t see much risk there either.

The biggest risk was getting the escrow funds from Sprott released. We think that happened Wednesday. That’s $10 million in Campbell’s accounts.

Now that the $10 million has been paid, I see almost zero risk.
