Hawk.....just curious but don't you ever get tired of having to turn chicken shit into chicken salad? It's chicken shit Michael.. But tell me where we don't have the same kind of Chicken Shit right here at home when it comes to government funded projects?? Just look at the levees in New Orleans as a prime example.. And that was ALSO a Corps of Engineers project. The army's incompetence in any number of projects has been evident, regardless of whether it's here, or overseas. I just don't get as excited as Sly, nor rely upon a hasty generalization, when an example of such gross incompetence arises.. I just expect someone to pay the price, professionally and financially, for wasting the taxpayer's money. It must be that Hobbesian proclivity on my part.. I expect the worse and hope for the best.. Figure I'll never be surprised, or disappointed, that way.. But Sly?.. Well, we all know that for Sly, he's on a personal mission to make George Bush responsible for everything bad that happens in our lives.. I'm just waiting for the moment when he tries to blame Jr for his constipation and intestinal bloating.. Hawk
