I only Pif for targets ... to make sure the Piffers see the same thing I see. Now if Mr. Market would quit painting that black grease paint on my telescope eyepiece .. I'd feel better.

I thought that decreasing volume was expected in a pennant and Head and Shoulder Consolidations.

B. Pennants
Definition: Pennants are small compact, sloping triangles, slanting down in an uptrend and up in a downtrend, and forming after a rapid advance or decline, and characterized by diminishing volume. May also be described as a short, compact wedge characterized by notably diminished volume.

Only important difference in pennant and flag: Pennants have converging boundary lines rather than parallel.

Also, volume drops off instead of increasing on left shoulder, head and right shoulder. Breakouts from the pattern, however, are similar to those of reversal patterns.
