Kerry loves his wife. Sorry to disappoint you. He has never ben about money. he has turned down hundreds of chances to benefit financially from his position in power. He has never taken a dirty dollar nor sold out to any lobbyist. Also, Theresa Heinz came after him. Kerry was one of the most eligable bachelors in DC. And Theresa has a lot more than money. She is sensuous, wise, caring and a very strong partner. She is also prohibited from financing his campaigns by law and Kerry signed a pre-nup which means he doesn't get a dime of her money. The cheat shot about Kerry marrying for money needs to end. If he were a gold-digger he never would have signed a pre-nup. That proves it.
