I guess it depends on whether you think Rink's job is to enforce his interpretation of the rules, or the majority thread interpretation.

I'd say its a bit of each but the balance could be debated.

That's correct. I think there was more than enough justification for the vote though - it's just that we disagree about this. From all posts / pm's I don't think we'll ever get to agree about it. Can we now please get past this point and do something useful with our brain cells?
