The Ericsson deal was one of the catalysts that got me looking at Q. If there were some pre-settlement niceties with E, I suspect that they had to do with the fact that Q was a mere fledgling company back then.

I think BRCM is different. Accusing it of theft, like Q has done within the last few weeks, surely doesn't qualify as "making nice".
