Some land after 1 year more after 5, over a 20 year program. But attacks on Israel should be paid for by land being given to Israel.

My belief is similar.. So long as Palestinians are attacking Israel, there will be no discussion on land already taken by Israel for settlements adjacent to the previous 1967 "green line".

I still believe the 2000 land offer is a great place to start and as soon as the Israeli's have finished their wall, then they should unilaterally pull out of the West Bank. Once a peace settlement is secured and holds, then they can negotiate any future border adjustments.

If the Palestinians continue to wage wage upon Israel after such a withdrawal, then all bets are off and Israel should continue its policy of retaliation against the leadership of the perpetrators.
