Likewise, the refusal to intellectually even consider the fact that Iraq and the "war on terror" can be distinguished from each other.....regardless of the origins of each conflict, the players in it, cooperation or lack of it between the leaders of the two enemies, the rationale (originally...not after the fact) for the decision to enter the conflict... The NIE report will not go away soon. The republicans want to focus instead on Clinton.... Let's see.....9/11...Iraq....UBL....how to jumble these up to make the Iraq travesty look good. My wife's nephew is scheduled to rotate out of that pit in 34 days.....Can't wait to see him again.
