His foundation ISN'T ALLOWED to OPERATE in those countries (not in Saudi Arabia, not elsewhere), because the GOVERNMENTS won't allow it. His foundations have ALSO been tossed out of some former Soviet Central Asian 'Republics', and out of Totalitarian Belarus, etc. (Apparently they are not all that 'big' on rule of law, Democracy, or free market Capitalism anymore, Wayne....) But --- being Eastern European himself, and LONG opposed to what the Soviets did to Europe --- the bulk of his foundation's focus has usually been on helping to restore Democracy and Capitalism in Eastern Europe. One thing, one opportunity, at a time....
