I sincerely hope that you are not picked up as a terrorist. You could end up like Mr. Arrar...being tortured for a year without cause....and no avenue for a trial. Presumed guilty until dead. That's an interesting concept don't you think?

It applies to legal aliens? Students? Tourists? Others here legally? Wow. That is disgusting. Imagine traveling legally to another country that had these rules. You get picked up erroneously and disappear for years - with no legal recourse. The good news is in most countries alien detainees have some rights. The exceptions would be the U.S., North Korea, and a few others. If the U.S. was a foreign country, the State Dept. would put out a travel advisory warning U.S. citizens to avoid America!

Are you equating terrorists who target women and children to criminals in our civil justice system? What is it that you think you owe someone who will spend every waking moment planning how to kill you? Do you understand that they have declared war against you? You are right. Thanks heavens that there are no corrupt, incompetent, or unscrupulous people in government. Otherwise, someone might get snatched inadvertently who was innocent, and never be heard from again!
