El Tigre prospect is about 5 km east of Fruta del Norte. Oromonte's Nambija property is 15 km west of the S end of the main body of ARU's concessions, about 50 km southwest of FDN, nowhere near to El Tigre prospect. As far as I know the next prospect outside of FDN scheduled to be drilled is Las Arenas, which is about 3 km south of FDN, so still 45 km from Nambija.

A little background on Nambija. It is a high grade skarn deposit where local miner's (artisanal) have removed more than 3 million ounces of Au using small-scale near-surface workings over the last 15 years or so. I am sure that the locals don't want to give up their mining rights. Ruling will likely have a negative effect on the perception of ARU's project, even though it is not an adjoining project.
