It's all definitional. You can still tell me that my rights under the fourth and fifth amendments, and the rights of others under the 8th amendment are still intact, but the direction in which the administration would like to see them defined would most certainly result in fewer personal "rights" on a facts and circumstances basis than before....now because only "criminals" or "terrorists" (as defined by ?) are subject to these slowly eroding rights, we shouldn't be worried. A right to privacy? Not by definition of this administration.

yet it was the guys like the Freeman up in Montana and Waco that the right was SO worried about before...but the same issues don't seem a problem now...

drip, drip, drip....do you trust our government? I don't. And I didn't during the Clinton years.
