I got the impression the poster was saying it really doesnt matter what you shoot, just so long as you shoot. I kind of think the poster is arguing for the US to run every single Iraqi through the meat grinder, so to speak. Then the world will know we mean business. You know, machiavelli, "we must oppress them." I think before you can convince followers of that philosophy of anything, other than kill, you have to either treat their paranoia or instill in them some sort of humanity.
