That is a lie " "According to Woodward, insurgent attacks against coalition troops occur, on average, every 15 minutes, a shocking fact the administration has kept secret" The fact is the Pentagon put out a report well before Woodward and said the actual number was "on average every 12 minutes" So, the administration wasn't keeping anything a secret, in fact they were more pessimistic... Typical Liberal spin!
