Canada's health costs would be considerably lowered if lots more people would exercise themselves, say, by walking and cutting down on smoking and drinking or getting rid of these habits altogether.

I have been to walk-in clinics and noticed that a lot of the people there waiting to see their docs could have easily helped themselves in the way I indicated above.

It is a goddamned shame there are just too many lazy blokes in Canada!
