Sulja Bros. will file their 2005-06 financials under the name of Sulja Bros. Along with that filing will be a change of company name to Consultech and an uplisting application to the OTC BB under Consultech. Because the company is so highly owned by insiders there will be a CUSIP change along with a symbol change onto the OTC BB. We may even be renamed Vista because they own Consultech and they will go right to Vista. This along with the financials will force the stock to be brought back into proper trading with shorts being notified they just got it twice. Sulja Bros. is not a marketable name nor does it reflect the true corporate structure of all the entities. There may also be a dividend included which would give the company a 1 2 and 3 punch for true valuation of the company at almost no cost!
