I'd forgot--"You can't stop our love" was
possibly the best one liner so far.

<in lieu of cyber surfing> gosh, maybe a
book a week, or a lot more housecleaning
for starters.

I forgot to say--remember I mentioned
Doxepin? Well it seems to be at least
as good, no, twice as good as my benadryl/
melatonin cocktail (Rozerem turned out not
to work for me. And who knows, maybe the anti-
depression side of Doxepin will do something
for me too--I may need it...October is supposed
to be tough on Wall Street. I may not have picked
good stocks, or maybe I do indeed have good stocks
but poor timing (if infi dips a lot, you may want
to buy some ahead of the Nov 7 meeting).

You probably don't remember this, but a year or
two ago I posted that I was going to ask myself
a $64 thousand dollar question--could I pick
decent stocks? 64k was where my wife's IRA was
at the time (it peaked at 130k in 2000, fell to
around 25k in 02 or 03, and I have fought back
somehow. Anwyay, here it is a year or two later,
and I've only added a lousy ten grand? Gosh,
probably 500 or a thousand posts here on SI, and
I only have the account up to $75k (down ten
grand from a few days ago). The kids accounts
have gone nowhere, maybe up a few percent in
the past couple years. Clearly, this is not a
profitable hobby (not since 2000 for me anyway)
it is fun at times, but there are alternatives.

I'm not going to suddenly become incredibly
productive or anything, but clean shiny floors
and a book a week is enough.
